Résumé: حظي موضوع التنمر المدرسي باهتمام العديد من الباحيثن باختلاف تخصصاتهم العلمية على مستوى العالم، نظرا لأنه مشكلة شائعة الانتشار في مؤسساتنا التربوية ، فهو يعد من أكثر أشكال العنف إنتشارا في المدارس، و له آثاره السلبية على التلميذ و العملية التعليمية و المناخ العام للمدرسة. و من هنا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة هذه الظاهرة دراسة علمية، من خلال تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التنمر المدرسي و تحديد أشكالها ، بالإضافة إلى تقديم رؤية وصفية للعوامل المؤدية لتنمر في الوسط المدرسي و إنعكاسات ذلك كله على التلاميذ و البيئة المدرسية . The subject of school bulying has attracted the attention of many researchers of different scientific disciplines worldwide,given that it is a common problemin our educational institutions, as it is one the most prevalent forms of violence in schools, and it has negative effects on the student,the educational process and the general atmosphere of the school. Hence this research paper came to study this phenomenon in a scientific stuby,by shedding light on the concept of school bullying and identifying its forms, in addition to providing a descriptive vision of the factors leading to bullying in the school environment and the repercussions of all that on students and the school environment.
