Résumé: دف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب في التخفيف من حدة البطالة عن طريق إنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة في ولاية الجلفة تحقيقا للثروات، وتشجيع اليد العاملة في مختلف القطاعات، كما تم توضيح أشكال الدعم المالي المقترحة والمقدمة من طرف الوكالة بدأ من عملية الإنشاء والتوسع وصولا إلى مرحلة الاستغلال وحتى عملية المرافقة وتكوين الشباب حاملي هذه المشاريع لمواجهة الصعوبات التي غالبا ما تواجهها هذه المؤسسات في مشوارها الاقتصادي، كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى تقديم مجموعة من الإحصائيات الخاصة بقطاع المؤسسات المصغرة والصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تم إنشاءها في إطار الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب على المستوى ولاية الجلفة، وذلك للوصول إلى نسبة المساهمة الفعلية في خلق مناصب الشغل وامتصاص البطالة This study aims to identify the role of the National Agency for support of youth employment to reduce of unemployment through the creation of small and medium enterprises in Djelfa in order to achieve wealth, and encourage labor in various sectors. It also clarified forms of financial support proposed by the agency. The establishment and expansion to the stage of exploitation and even the process of accompaniment and the training of young people carrying these projects to address the difficulties that often face these institutions in the economic process. The study also aims to provide a set of statistics for the sector of small and medium enterprises which was established within the framework of the National Agency for Youth Employment Support in Djelfa, in order to reach the percentage of actual contribution to the creation of jobs and the absorption of unemployment
