الباعة المتجولون

Résumé: ترجع ظاهرة الباعة المتجولين بسبب الآفات اجتماعية و اقتصادية بكل أنحاء الجزائر و ايضا بسبب البطالة و عدم قدرة المؤسسات الاقتصادية استعاب القوى العاملة الموجودة ، و من خلال هذا البحث نحاول الكشف على ظاهرة الباعة المتجولين في مدينة طولقة ، و ذلك من خلال عينة من الباعة المتجولون نعرف اسباب التي لجأ اليها بعض المبحوثين الي هذا العمل و الضعوطات التي تواجههم اثناء مزاولة هذا العمل و نطرح السؤال ماهي الاسباب التي ادت الي مزاولة هذا العمل ؟ Abstract The phenomenon of street vendors is due to social and economic pests all over Algeria And also because of unemployment and the inability of economic institutions to absorb the existing workforce And through this research we try to detect the phenomenon of street vendors in the city of Telga, And through a sample of hawkers know the reasons for which some respondents resorted to this work And the obstacles facing them during the exercise of this work and ask the question, what are the reasons that led to the exercise of this work?
