اثر براءة الاختراع على الصناعة الصيدلانية في الجزائر

Résumé: تجسيدا للمطالب الدولية التي تنادي بها هيئة الأمم المتحدة في مجال تعزيز الامن الصحي، عبر وكالتها المتخصصة - منظمة الصحة العالمية - نسلط الضوء بورقتنا العلمية هاته على واقع الصناعة الصيدلانية الجزائرية ،في ظل حماية براءة اختراع الدواء ،التي تعد العمود الفقري في تطوير الصناعة الدوائية التي أصبحت بدورها تعتمد على تكنولوجيا حديثة تسعى جميع البلدان التحكم فيها من اجل تغطية الطلب على الدواء وبالخصوص في ظل الأزمات الصحية العالمية ،ومنها ماشهده العالم في الآونة الأخيرة "جائحة كورونا"وما نتج عنها من نقص في الادوية الضرورية المدرجة في البروتوكول الصحي ومضادات حيوية ولقاحات ،ولقد توصلنا من خلال ورقتنا العلمية إلى أن الدولة الجزائرية تعتبر الصناعة الصيدلانية ،صناعة إستراتيجية وحيوية حيث أولت لها اهتمام كبير من خلال الاستثمار فيها لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وتغطية احتياجات السوق المحلي ،وتقليص فاتورة الاستيراد والحد من التبعية الخارجية عن طريق تشجيع الابتكار والبحث العلمي في هذا المجال الحيوي. الكلمات المفتاحية:براءة الاختراع ،الصناعة الصيدلانية، الاستثمار، الأمن الصحي، الدواء، الحماية، جائحة كورونا. In embodiment of the international demands advocated by the united nations in the field of promoting health organization, we shed light in this scientific paper on the reality of the pharmaceutical industry under the protection of the drug patent, wich is the backbone in the development of the pharmaceutical industry that has becom dependent on modern technology that all countries seek to control in order to cover the demand for medicine crises inculuding what the word witnessed recently,The “corona pandemic” and the resulting shorage of necessary medicines included in the health protocol ,antibiotics and vaccines, and we have reached during our scientific paper,we indicated that the Algerian state conciders the pharmaceutical industry strategic and vital industry,as it has paid great attention to it by investing in it to achieve self-sufficiency and cover the needs of the local market,reduce the import bill and reduce external dependency by encouraging innovation and scientific research in this vital field.
