مقاربة التدريس بالكفايات، وكفايات التدريس(من المفهوم إلى التقويم)

Résumé: تسير الحياة في تطور و تغير سريعين، وذلك نتيجة لمجموعة من المعطيات التي يفرضها العصر الحالي، وما صاحبه من تطور تكنولوجي، ومعرفي شمل مختلف المجالات، وقد كان للمجال التربوي نصيب من هذا التغير، فقد عمدت المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية كغيرها من معظم المنظومات في العالم إلي تبني مقاربة بيداغوجية، تسعى بها إلى تحقيق الأفضل على مستوى مخرجاتها التعليمية، وقد عرفت هذه المقاربة بمقاربة الكفايات(للمعلم، والمتعلم)، فماذا نعني بمقاربة التدريس بالكفايات ، وما هي كفايات التدريس،(الكفاية الديداكتيكية) وما موقع التقويم في هذه البيداغوجيا؟.
