واقع تفاعل الطلبة مع منصة التعليم الالكتروني (moodle) خلال جائحة كورونا -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس مستغانم-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تفاعل الطلبة مع منصة التعليم الالكتروني مودل التي وضعتها الجامعة حيز الخدمة خلال جائحة كورونا في منتصف السنة الجامعية 2019/2020 بكليات جامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس بمستغانم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم استبيان إلكتروني يحتوي على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية تخدم تساؤلات وأهداف الدراسة أجابت عنه عينة قوامها 515 طالب. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة حيث خلصت إلى نتائج مفادها أن استخدام الطلبة لمنصة (مودل) اقتصر غالبا على تحميل المحاضرات، كما أن هناك نسبة معتبرة من الطلبة لم تستخدم المنصة أو توقفت باكرا عن استخدامها لأسباب تتعلق بضعف البيئة الإلكترونية للطالب من جهة ونقص التفاعل بالمنصة من جهة أخرى. كلمات مفتاحية: التفاعل، التعليم الالكتروني، منصة مودل. Abstract: This study aims at identifying the reality of students’ interaction with the e-learning platform Moodel, which was issued by the university of Mostaganem during the Corona pandemic in the middle of the academic year 2019/2020. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed an online questionnaire containing three axes. The latter was administered a sample of 515 students. The collected data from the questionnaire was subjected to a descriptive approach. Accordingly, the findings of the study indicates that students' use of Moodle platform was mostly limited to downloading lectures. In addition, there was a significant percentage of students who did not use the platform or stopped using due to the lack of an electronic environment for the students and the lack of Interaction with the platform.
