دور التأمين التكافلي في تعزيز الصناعة المالية الاسلامية مع الإشارة لحالة الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على نمو الصناعة المالية الاسلامية وتطور حجم أصولها الصادرة من مختلف المؤسسات المالية المصرفية والغير مصرفية ومختلف المصادر الاخرى مع محاولة ابراز مساهمة قطاع التامين التكافلي في تعزيز الصناعة المالية الاسلامية بالاعتماد على مختلف الجداول والاحصائيات المتوفرة، وهذا مع الاشارة لواقع التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر من الناحية التنظيمية والتشريعية. وقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها انه وبالرغم من النمو السريع لقطاع التامين التكافلي لكن تبقى مساهمتها ضعيفة بالمقارنة بالمؤسسات المالية الاسلامية الاخرى خاصة كالبنوك الإسلامية وصناعة الصكوك، وحتى في الجزائر فصناعة التامين التكافلي لا تزال في بدايتها الاولى. الكلمات المفتاحية : التمويل الإسلامي، الهندسة المالية الإسلامية ، التأمين التكافلي المرسوم 21-81 This study aimed to shed light on the growth of the Islamic financial industry and the development of the size of its assets issued by various banking and non-banking financial institutions and various other sources with an attempt to highlight the contribution of the Takaful insurance sector in strengthening the Islamic financial industry based on the various available tables and statistics, and this with reference to the reality of Takaful insurance In Algeria from the organizational and legislative point of view. The study reached results, the most important of which is that despite the rapid growth of the Takaful insurance sector, its contribution remains weak compared to other Islamic financial institutions, especially such as Islamic banks and the sukuk industry.
