القيم التنظيمية بين الافتراضات النظرية والدلائل الواقعية – دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة- The Organizational Values Between Theoretical Hypotheses And Reality Proofs -a Field Study At Skikda Harbour Company-

Résumé: الملخص: تناول هذا المقال موضوع القيم التنظيمية في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية، وهدف إلى تقديم إطار نظري وميداني؛ حيث تضمن الجانب النظري مجموعة من النظريات،التي ميزت الفكر التنظيمي وصاغت افتراضات وتصورات متباينة حول طبيعة هذه القيم، وخصائصا، وأهميتها. أما الدراسة الميدانية؛ فتمت بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، والمقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وكان الهدف منها، التعرف على واقع القيم التنظيمية في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية، وعن أقرب النظريات التي تفسر هذا الواقع، من خلال ميدان بحث تمثل في المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج التي أبرزت بوضوح وجود تباين بين التصورات النظرية وواقع المؤسسة المينايئة بسكيكدة. Abstract : The study is about the topic of the organizational values in the Algerian Public Companies aimed at presenting a theoretical vision as well as a practical one. The theoretical aspect contained a number of theories that concerned the organizational aspect and presented a variety of hypotheses and visions as regard the typology of these values, their characteristics and importance. As far as the field study is concerned, this latter was conducted basically applying the descriptive method as well as interview as a means to collect data. The objective was finding out the organizational values in the Algerian Public Company and the closest theories that explain them through a field of study taking Skikda Harbour Company as a model. The study concluded at the study of a number of results that showed the great difference between the theoretical aspect and the real state of the company; namely Skikda Harbour Company.
