تطبيق أنظمة الجودة والبيئة Iso في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية في ضوء التوجهات العالمية: دراسة تحليلية للفترة (1998-2017)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل مستوى تطبيق مواصفات الجودة والبيئة ISO في الجزائر في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية؛ إذ تبين وجود انتشار واسع لهذه المواصفات في شتى أنحاء العالم، إلى جانب تزايد عدد شهادات ISO9001 وISO14001 الممنوحة واتساع عدد المؤسسات المعتمدة لها خاصة في الاقتصاديات المتقدمة. وقد أبرزت نتائج هذه الدراسة تأخر انتشار هذه المواصفات في الجزائر مقارنة مع بداية انتشارها على مستوى بعض الدول، نظرا للتوجه الضعيف نحو اعتماد هذه المواصفات في المؤسسات الجزائرية. Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the level of application of ISO quality and environment systems in Algeria in the light of global trends; There has been a widespread presence of these standards around the world, Along with an increasing number of ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates granted and the number of accredited organizations, especially in advanced economies. On the other hand, this study explained the delay in the spread of these specifications in Algeria compared to the beginning of their spread in some countries, due to the weak tendency towards adopting these specifications in Algerian organizations.
