مدى امتداد أحكام اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: الملخص: تمثل اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة تطورا هاما في مكافحة الفساد ومن خلال أحكامها وضعت نهجا شاملا ومتعدد الجوانب لمنع الفساد ومكافحته تمثل في الوقاية، التجريم، التعاون الدولي واسترداد الموجودات. هذه الأحكام تبناها المشرع الجزائري في قانون الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته من خلال إعادة صياغة بعض الجرائم التقليدية المنصوص عليها في قانون العقوبات، أو استحداثه لجرائم أخرى بغرض مكافحة الفساد بفاعلية Abstract : The convention of the United Nations is considered as a big breakthrough in the fight against corruption, through its rules; it built a strong path that covered prevention, criminalization, international cooperation and asset recovery. These rules were adopted by the Algerian project in the law of fight and prevention against corruption, by paraphrasing existing crimes listed in the law of sentences, and adding new ones.
