أثر التهيؤ لانضمام الجزائر للمنظمة العالمية للتجارة على القانون الاقتصادي الجزائري في ظل العولمة الاقتصادية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى أهم جوانب تأثير العولمة على القانون الاقتصادي الجزائري، بالإضافة إلى أهم الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والقانونية التي قامت بها الجزائر بهدف إرساء قواعد وأسس نظام اقتصاد السوق ومواجهة سلبيات هاته العولمة والتهيؤ للانضمام للـمنظمة العالمية للتجارة "OMC". وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم حدوث بعض التأثيرات الايجابية بعد تطبيق الجزائر لهذه الإصلاحات كانخفاض عجز الميزانية نسبيا، فإن الجزائر أمام جملة من التحديات تتمحور في تقديم تنازلات وتلبية شروط الانضمام، كما يتطلب الأمر ضرورة القيام بتأهيل الاقتصاد الوطني من أجل تحقيق اندماج إيجابي لهذا الأخير في الاقتصاد العالمي. The study aims at the most important aspects of globalization's impact on the Algerian economic law, in addition to the most important economic and legal reforms undertaken by Algeria with the aim of laying down the rules and foundations of the market economy system, confronting the negative aspects of this globalization and preparing for joining the World Trade Organization (OMC). The study found that despite the occurrence of some positive effects after the implementation of these reforms, such as the relatively low budget deficit, Algeria faces a number of challenges centered on making concessions and meeting the conditions of accession, and the necessity of rehabilitating the national economy in order to achieve positive integration of the latter in International Economy.
