تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال كتوجه استراتيجي لتنشيط المبيعات في المؤسسة - دراسة حالة مؤسسة أوريدو للاتصالات الجزائر-
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تنشيط مبيعات مؤسسة أوريدو للاتصالات بالجزائر ، وبعد تحليل نتائج الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على 62 موظف بالمؤسسة باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي 22SPSS تم التوصل إلى وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على تنشيط المبيعات في المؤسسة ، مما يؤكد ضرورة الاستفادة مما توفره هذه التكنولوجيا من وسائل وتقنيات وجعلها همزة وصل بينها وبين زبائنها. This study aims to highlight the extent of the contribution of TIC in activating the sales of Ooredo, after analyzing the results of the questionnaire distributed to 62 employees of it using SPSS22 we found a statistically effect of TIC on activation sales, this confirms the need to take advantage of TIC and make a link between it and its costumers
