مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز التفوق التنافسي للمؤسسات الإقتصادية - دراسة حالة سوق الهاتف النقال بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز التفوق التنافسي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك لما أصبح لإدارة المعرفة من أهمية بالغة في هندسة وتنظيم المؤسسة من خلال إنتاج معرفة واستخدامها ونشرها وتحويلها بين افراد المؤسسة ليتم تنظيمها وتوظيفها في الأنشطة الادارية المختلقة، ونجد إدارة المعرفة في ظل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال تلعب دورا رئيسيا ووسيلة فعالة في تسريع وإنتاج المعرفة ونقلها من أجل تحقيق التفوق التنافسي. وكدراسة حالة تم إسقاط موضوع الدراسة على سوق الهاتف النقال بالجزائر والذي يحتوي على ثلاث متعاملين وهم اتصالات الجزائر للنقال "موبيليس" ، أوراسكوم للاتصالات الجزائر"جازي"، الوطنية للاتصالات الجزائر"نجمة وحاليا أوريدو" وهذا لمعرفة مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز التفوق التنافسي بين المتعامين الثلاث Abstract: This study is intended to show the contributions of knowledge management in reinforcing the competitive advantage of economic institutions. For it has become of great importance in the engineering and the organization of the institution. Through producing, using and disseminating knowledge, and converting it between the foundation members of the production, in order to be organized and applied in different administrative activities. It can be noticed that Knowledge management plays a significant role in light of information and communication technologies as it is an effective means to accelerate the production and transfer of knowledge, in order to achieve a competitive advantage. The case study of this research, is the mobile phone market in Algeria which has three dealers : Algeria Telecom for mobile "MOBILIS", ORASCOM Telecom Algeria "DJEZZY", National Telecom Algeria "STAR “ , now “OREDOO" .The reason behind this ,is to see the contributions of knowledge management in enhancing the competitive advantage between the abovementioned dealers
