ريادة الأعمال النسائية في الجزائر: بين الواقع والتحديات

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع ريادة الأعمال النسائية في الجزائر من خلال عرض مؤشر ماستركارد لريادة الأعمال وأيضا التعرف على مدى مساهمة آليات الدعم في تشجيع المرأة على التوجه نحو ريادة الاعمال النسائية في الجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جميع جوانب الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ريادة الأعمال النسائية في الجزائر لا تزال تحتاج إلى المزيد من التطوير والاهتمام إذا كنا نريد فعلا الاستفادة من الدور المؤثر للمرأة من أجل تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي للدولة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ريادة الأعمال، ريادة الأعمال النسائية، ، تمكين المرأة، تمكين رائدة الأعمال، الجزائر . تصنيفات JEL : L26،. L27 Abstract : This study aims to stand on the reality of women's entrepreneurship in Algeria by presenting the MasterCard Entrepreneurship Index and also to identify the extent to which support mechanisms contribute to encouraging women to move towards women's entrepreneurship in Algeria, and to achieve this goal, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon. In all aspects of the study, the study concluded that women's entrepreneurship in Algeria still needs more development and attention if we really want to benefit from the influential role of women in order to achieve the economic growth of the country.
