ريادة الأعمال النسائية دولياً بين التشجيع والتحدّيات البرنامج الدولي (wed) أنموذجاً

Résumé: تزايدت المؤشرات الإيجابية فيما يخص اتجاه المرأة نحو ريادة الأعمال على مستوى العالم، حيث أُتيحت أمامها فرص جديدة لاقتحام المجالات التي كانت حكرا على الرجل في السابق الأمر، مما شجع ملايين النساء على اقتناص تلك الفرص. وقد أفادت توقعات دراسة حديثة نشرتها الجمعية الوطنية لصاحبات الأعمال في الولايات المتحدة مؤخرا بأن مجال ريادة الأعمال سيشهد إقبالا نسويا متزايدا خلال العام 2013. وفي ضوء ذلك جاءت ورقتنا البحثية للوقوف على كل من مفهوم ريادة الأعمال النسائية ، وكذا الصعوبات التي تواجهها على مختلف الأصعدة (الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، السياسية.. حتى الاحصائية منها)، كما ستستعرض البرنامج الدولي الداعم للريادة النسوية (WED)، Summary The positive signs concerning women’s entry to entrepreneurship around the world are increased, they have the opportunity to break into new areas that were, earlier, dominated by men ,and millions of women had the courage to seize those opportunities .A recent study published by the National Association of Women : Business Owners expected that the field of entrepreneurship will garner a feminist growing during the year 2013 in the United States .after this study, came our research to define all of the concept of female entrepreneurship, as well as the difficulties faced at various levels ( social , economic , political, even statistical ones) , also review the international program that support women’s leadership " Women Entrepreneurship Development " (WED) and finally, the two important female experiments in the field of entrepreneurship
