اقتصـــاد الشركــات الناشئـــة - تقييم حالة الأردن- Start-up Companies Economy - Jordan Case Assessment-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على اقتصاد الشركات الناشئة كمدخل لتنمية إدارة الأعمال الريادية من خلال استعراض الأطر النظرية لمفهوم الشركة الناشئة والركائز الأساسية التي تشكل بيئتها، كما حاولت أيضا تسليط الضوء على واقع قطاع الشركات الناشئة في الأردن ومدى مساهمته في دعم مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي لهذا البلد من خلال تقييم أثره في دعم الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وخلق مناصب العمل والمساهمة في رفع الصادرات ونقل التكنولوجيا، وقد انتهت هذه الدراسة إلى أن قطاع الشركات الناشئة في الأردن يمثل دعامة رئيسية لاقتصاد هذا البلد خاصة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية والسياسية المحيطة به وكونه يعاني من ندرة الموارد الطبيعية . الكلمات الدالة: الشركة الناشئة، الاقتصاد، ريادة الأعمال، الأردن. تصنيف جال: O1 ،O3،O5. Abstract: This paper aimed to shed light on the start-up company economy as an entry point for developing entrepreneurial business; by discussed the theoretical frameworks for the concept of start-up company and the basic pillars that constitute its environment , It also tried to shed light on the reality of start-up company sector in Jordan and its contribution in supporting economic performance indicators(GDP, job creation, will, exports, technology transfer), This study has concluded that the start-up company sector in Jordan represents a main pillar of economy, Particular that Jordanian economy suffers from Scarcity of natural resources and its Economic and political conditions are not stimulating.
