سمسار التأمين و دوره في قطاع التأمين الجزائري

Résumé: سمسار التأمين هو وسيط للتأمين، قد يكون شخصا طبيعيا أو شخصا معنويا، ويعتبر تاجرا يخضع للقانون التجاري، وبالتالي يجب عليه التسجيل في السجل التجاري. ولسمسار التأمين دور بالغ الأهمية في نشاط التأمين، فهو وكيل عن المؤمن له، حيث مهمته تتمثل في التوسط في إبرام عقد التأمين بين المؤمن له وشركة التأمين، مما يترتب على عاتقه التزامات اتجاه المؤمن له من جهة والتزامات اتجاه إدارة الرقابة من جهة أخرى.Abstract: The insurance broker is an insurance intermediary who can be a physical or moral person; and is considered as a merchant to commercial register; it has a very important role in the insurance activity; it is the representative of the insured.Its role is to mediate in the conclusion of the insurance contrat between the insured and the insurance company ; which implies obligations towards the insured on one hand and obligations towards the control authority in other hand
