الأمن المناخي بين الطرح النقدي والطرح الواقعي: دراسة في تداعيات تغير المناخ على الأمن القومي العربي

Résumé: يُعدّ تغير المناخ من القضايا الملحة التي تشكل تهديدا للأمن والاستقرار في العديد من الدول،لاسيما في المنطقة العربية التي تُواجه تحديات بيئية متزايدة، وفقد حذّرت عديد الدراسات من التداعيات المحتملة لهذه الظاهرة على الأمن القومي. وعلى الرغم من سعي القادة العرب لتحقيق الأمن القومي كقيمة هوياتية مشتركة، إلا أن المصالح السياسية والتحالفات الإقليمية قد أدت إلى تراجع العمل المشترك، ما جعل كل دولة تركز على مصالحها الخاصة على حساب المصالح الجماعية، ما قد يؤدي إلى تفاقم الوضع، ويُعرّض المنطقة لمخاطر بيئية قد تتحول إلى صراعات من أجل البقاء. Abstract : Climate change is one of the pressing issues that poses a significant threat to the security and stability of many countries, particularly in the Arab region, which faces increasing environmental challenges. Numerous studies have warned about the potential consequences of this phenomenon on national security. Despite the efforts of Arab leaders to achieve national security as a shared identity value, political interests and regional alliances have led to a decline in collective action. As a result, each country has focused on its own interests at the expense of collective ones. This could exacerbate the situation, exposing the region to environmental risks that may escalate into conflicts over survival.
