Résumé: الملخص: في اطار ما تمخضت عنه الإصلاحات السياسية التي نتجت عن الحراك الوطني و كبعد استراتيجي و رؤية مستقبلية لاحتواء الازمة، و بدافع تفعيل المشاركة في الأوساط الشبابية كان لا بد من إعادة الاعتبار لبعض الهيئات الاستشارية ، وتفعيل دورها في صناعة السياسة العامة الا هو المجلس الأعلى للشباب الذي يحوي في خضمه فئة الشباب و المجتمع المدني و يعد حلقة الوصل بين مؤسسة الرئاسة و كافة الاطياف الشبانية على الرغم من فترة التوقيف والجمود التي عرفتها هذه الهيئة الا ان الحياة قد دبت فيها من جديد من خلال التجديد الذي تضمه الدستور الجديد، و المرسوم الرئاسي الجديد فما هي هذه المبادرات و كيف يمكنها تحقيق مضامينها . Abstract: Within the framework of what resulted from the political reforms that resulted from the national movement, and as a strategic dimension and future vision for containing the crisis and with the motive of activating participation in youth circles, it was necessary to rehabilitate some advisory bodies, and activate their role in making public policy. the Supreme Council for Youth, which It contains in its midst the youth and civil society groups and is considered the link between the presidential institution and all youth groups. Despite the period of suspension and stagnation that this body has experienced, life has revived in it again through the renewal included in the new constitution and the new presidential decree. What are these initiatives and how can they achieve their contents?
