Résumé: ملخص: تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على دور المجلس الأعلى للشباب كهيئة استشارية تهدف إلى تعزيز مشاركة الشباب في الحياة العامة والسياسية، وتضطلع بمهام متنوعة تتمثل أساسا في ترقية الضمير والقيم الوطنية والحس المدني وترسيخ الثقافة الديمقراطية بين الشباب وتنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم لتقلد المسؤوليات، من خلال تقديم اقتراحات وتوصيات حول المسائل المتعلقة بمصالح الشباب وحاجاتهم في مختلف الجوانب الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية. يمثل هذا المجلس خطوة إيجابية نحو تعزيز مشاركة الشباب في مختلف الجوانب ودمجهم في عمليات صنع القرار لأغراض التنمية وبناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكا وشمولا. .Abstract: In an effort to build a youth-driven reality that captures the aspirations of youth, the Algerian government has developed a Supreme Youth Council that supports and enables young people to actively participate in society's development. This study intends to bring attention to the Supreme Youth Council as a consultative body that strives to encourage youth participation in public and political life. Its principal duties involve promoting conscience, national values, civics, and consolidating the culture of democracy among young people, as well as developing their skills and abilities to assume responsibilities. This is accomplished by providing suggestions and recommendations on youth-related issues and needs across various economic, political, and social domains. key words Supreme Council, Youth, Consultative Body, Political Participation, National.
