Résumé: Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of improving the job performance of human resources in achieving sustainable development in all fields and enhancing the functions of the purple economy by addressing the cultural dimension, as well as highlighting the importance of this dimension as a basic dimension of achieving sustainable development, which has developed over time. As well as presenting a set of basic concepts about the purple economy as a concept for a new sustainable economy, an explanatory picture must be presented to it and the most important principles in it. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للموارد البشرية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في جميع المجالات وتعزيز وظائف الاقتصاد البنفسجي من خلال التطرق للبعد الثقافي وكذا ابراز أهمية هذا البعد كبعد أساسي من أبعاد تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والذي عرف تطورا عبر الزمن. وكذا تقديم جملة من المفاهيم الاساسية حول الاقتصاد البنفسجي كمفهوم لاقتصاد مستدام جديد وجب تقديم صورة تفسيرية له ولآهم المبادئ فيه.
