واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة بريد الجزائر القباضة الرئيسية ـ ورقلة ـ

Résumé: تهدف هذه دراسة إلى معرفة أشكال تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة المستخدمة داخلمؤسسة بريد الجزائر، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على التطبيقات الاتصالية الجديدةالتي يستخدمها موظفين المؤسسة، وفي الأخير التعرف على المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجه مؤسسة البريد في استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، حيث قمنا بدراسة حالة المؤسسة بريد الجزائر (القباضة الرئيسية) لولاية ورقلة، حيث يتكون مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف من موظفين مؤسسة البريد باختلاف مناصبهم الوظيفية، اخترنا الموظفين الدائمين في المؤسسة فقط والذي كان عددهم 30 موظفامن بينهم رؤساء المصالحوالاقسام، واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية والملاحظة كأداة ثانوية لاستجواب المبحوثين،حيث قسمت الدراسة إلى جانبين: منهجي، وتطبيقيوقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثةالمستخدمة في المؤسسة تتمثل في الحواسيب (الثابت المحمول)، شبكات الاتصال:الانترانت، الانترنت، الاكسترانت، البريد الالكتروني، والويب، وأن شبكةالأنترانت هي أهم مصدر متاح في المؤسسة وهذا لخدماتها المتعددة المتمثلة في تسييرالتطبيقات الاتصالية، وتسهيل الحصول على المعلومات وإيصالها في الوقت القياسي. وأن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ساهمت في تحسين من مستوى أداء المؤسسة (بريد الجزائر) وذلك بتحسين العملية الاتصالية، ومنح استقلالية ومرونة للموظفين فيالعمل، وتحسين من إنتاجية المؤسسة. This study aims to know the forms of modern communication technology sed within the Algeria Post, in addition to identifying the new communication applications used by the employees of the institution, and finally to identify the problems and obstacles facing the Postal Corporation in the use of modern communication technology, where we conducted a case study of the Algeria Post (Main Qada) for the Wilayat of Ouargla, where the target study community consists of postal employees of different positions. We chose the permanent employees in the institution only, whose number was 30 employees, including heads of departments and departments. We used the questionnaire as a main tool and observation as a secondary tool to interrogate the respondents, where the study was divided There are two aspects: methodological and practical. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The modern communication technology used in the institution is represented in computers (fixed, mobile), communication networks: intranet, Internet, extranet, e-mail, and the web, and that the intranet is the most important A resource available in the institution and this is for its multiple services represented in the management of communication applications, and facilitating access to information and communication God in standard time. And that modern communication technology contributed to improving the performance level of the institution (Algeria Post) by improving the communication process, granting independence and flexibility to employees at work, and improving the productivity of the institution.
