الثقافة التنظيمية وأثرها في المسؤولية الاجتماعية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الجلود بالميلية جيجل-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الثقافة التنظيمية وأثرها في المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مؤسسة صناعة الجلود بالميلية – جيجل-، حيث تم توزيع استبانة على عينة من العمال قدرت ب 31 عامل من أصل 70 عامل، وبمعالجة البيانات باستخدام الأسلوب الاحصائي spss تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود أثر بين أنواع الثقافة التنظيمية مجتمعة في المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة ، كما وجد أن هناك أثر لبعد الثقافة الابداعية في المسؤولية الاجتماعية أيضا، في حين لم يكن هناك أثر لبعدي الثقافة البيروقراطية والثقافة الداعمة في المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، كما تم تقديم مجموعة من التفسيرات والاقتراحات على ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها. This study aims to identify the organizational culture and its impact on social responsibility in the Leather Industry Corporation in Milia- Jijel, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of workers estimated at 31 of the 70 workers, and by processing data using the statistical SPSS method, the following results were obtained: There was an effect between the combined types of organizational culture on the social responsibility of the Corporation under study, and the dimension of the creative culture had an effect on social responsibility as well , while the dimensions of bureaucratic culture and supportive culture had no effect on social responsibility and a range of interpretations and suggestions were made in the light of the results obtained.
