التواصل الإيجابي وأثره في غرس روح الوسطية (من أجل خطاب فعال مع الآخر)

Résumé: يتجلى مضمون التواصل في تحقيق مصلحتين، الأولى تعبدية، أي الامتثال لأمر الله تعالى بالتواصل بين أفراد المجتمع الإنساني، والثانية تبادل المنافع فيما بينهم. وإن المقصود بالتواصل في هذا البحث هو الخطاب الشفهي دون غيره من أنواع التواصل الأخرى، فهل وضعت الشريعة الإسلامية منهجا لفن التواصل، وما هي آثاره على ترسيخ مبدأ الوسطية في حياة المسلمين؟ للإجابة على ذلك قدم الباحث المحاور التالية: الأول في تأصيل فن التواصل مع الآخر من كتاب الله تعالى وسنة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم، والثاني في بيان مقاصد، ضوابط ووسائل تفعيل التواصل، واقترح في الثالث مفردات مقياس لتقنيات التواصل. وخلص البحث إلى أن التواصل الإيجابي عملية تفاعلية علمية أخلاقية، وهي وسيلة للوسطية. The meaning of communication is made manifest in accomplishing two purposes: one being worshipful, i.e. to obey Allah's command by maintaining communication among members of the human society, and the other is the exchange of benefits among them. The aim of communication in this research pertains solely to oral speech, rather than other types of communication. Thus, Does Islamic Shariaa provide guidelines for effective communication, and what implications does it have on promoting the principle of moderation in the Muslim life? The researcher addressed this by presenting the following topics: firstly, the origins of the art of interpersonal communication in the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, secondly, clarifying the purposes, principles, and methods for facilitating communication, and thirdly, suggesting a set of vocabulary terms to assess communicative skills. The research indicates that positive communication is a scientific and ethical interactive process that serves as a tool for moderation.
