المشكلات الأخلاقية لتقنية الخلايا الجذعية

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيين المشكلات الأخلاقية التي يمكن أن تؤدي إليها تقنية الخلايا الجذعية، خاصة على مستوى الإنسان وقيمه، مع تبيين كيفية التعامل مع هذه البحوث من الناحية القيمية، على اعتبار أن هذه الاكتشافات ينتظر أن تحمل آفاق محمودة تبتغيها البشرية. وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي من أجل الوقوف على تفاصيل هذه المشكلات مع الاعتماد على أسلوب النقد في تحديدها، استندنا إلى المنهج الأركيولوجي للبحث في منشأ بحوث الخلايا الجذعية وعلاقتها بالاستنساخ العلاجي، الذي ظهر كنتيجة حتمية، لتجاوز مشكلات الاستنساخ التوالدي. وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: الخلايا الجذعية كاكتشاف علمي بارز، ومجمل البحوث المتطورة، مقبولة مادامت تحمل آفاق ذات نتائج نفعية، تخرج الإنسان من مشكلاته، لكن لابد من وضع مجموعة، من الاعتبارات التي قد تضر بالإنسان، عندما تغترب هذه المستحدثات عن هدفها المنتظر، لهذا لابد أن تعمل البيوإتيقا على تهذّيبها، واحترام القيم الإنسانية، مع ضرورة مراقبتها نظرا لمجموعة الاستشكالات الأخلاقية التي قد تفرزها. This research aims to clarify the ethical issues that may arise from stem cell technology, especially at the human and value levels, while outlining how to deal with these researches from a values perspective. Considering that these discoveries are expected to hold promising prospects for humanity. we utilized an analytical approach to delve into the details of these issues, relying on a critical method to identify them. We based our analysis on the archaeological method of researching the origin of stem cell research. This leads to the following results: Stem cells are a prominent scientific discovery, and overall advanced research is acceptable as long as it carries beneficial outcomes that address human problems. However, it is necessary to consider what may harm humans when these innovations deviate from their intended purpose. Therefore, bioethics must work to refine them in a way that respects human values, and monitor them due to the ethical challenges they may pose.
