Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تبين أن إفشاء السر المهني يحمل نتائج قانونية جسيمة تتراوح بين العقوبات التأديبية، الجنائية والمدنية، إلى جانب التأثيرات السلبية على السمعة المهنية ضا حجر ا، بل هو أي ا قانوني والشخصية للمهني. االلت ازم بالسرية المهنية ليس فقط واجب الزاوية في بناء الثقة بين المهنيين وعمالئهم وأرباب عملهم فهم هذه النتائج يساعد في تعزيز االلتزام بالقوانين واألخالقيات المهنية، ويعزز بيئة عمل آمنة وموثوقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: السر المهني، المسؤولية القانونية، أخالقيات المهنة، إفشاء السر المهني. Abstract: The study aimed to show that disclosing professional secrets carries serious legal consequences ranging from disciplinary, criminal, and civil penalties, in addition to negative effects on the professional and personal reputation of the professional. Commitment to professional confidentiality is not only a legal duty, it is also a cornerstone in building trust between professionals, their clients and their employers. Understanding these findings helps enhance adherence to professional laws and ethics, and promotes a safe and reliable work environment.
