الاتصالات الالكترونية التفاعلية بين اختصاصي المكتبات الجامعية خيار أم وسيلة حتمية للاستمرار؟ دراسة حالة مكتبة جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي –الشلف-

Résumé: the library of Hassiba Ben BouAli 'University adapt the electronic communications as a necessary infrastructure to ensure the presence and continuity of librarianship profession specialy with digital competitivity after this has strengthened the role of modern means of communication and developments in the internet generations. Throught this study we try to take the deferent electronic means of communication used between librarians and users and the fields of use and goals(purposes) of electronic communications. The study concluded that the library has a tendency to deal with its users through its web pages (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus), providing remote information services as :offering new acquisitions, electronically training the users, subscribing to databases and information systems. In addition to following a marketing strategy for its services and sources of informations and electronically explaining everything related to the needs of users to the library such as the internal rules of the library اتجهت مكتبة جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف لاعتماد الاتصالات الالكترونية كبنية تحتية ضرورية لضمان التواجد والاستمرارية في المهنة المكتبية في ظل التنافسية الرقمية وهذا بعدما تعزز دور وسائل الاتصال الحديثة والتطورات الحاصلة في جيل الأنترنيت، فحاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مختلف تقنيات الاتصال المستخدمة بين اختصاصي المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف ومع المستفيدين، ومجالات استخدامها، والغرض من التواصل الالكتروني . وخلصت الدراسة إلى اتجاه المكتبة للتعامل مع مستفيديها عبر صفحاتها الالكترونية (الفيس بوك-التويتر- قوقل بلاس)،وتقديم خدمات معلومات عن بعد كخدمة امكانية اقتراح اقتناءات جديدة، خدمة تدريب المستفيدين الكترونيا والاشتراك في قواعد البيانات ونظم المعلومات وغيرها بالإضافة الى اتباعها استراتيجية لتسويق خدماتها ومصادر معلوماتها وشرح الكترونيا كل ما يتعلق باحتياجات المستفيد للمكتبة مثل النظام الداخلي للمكتبة.
