الصعود الاقليمي التركي ومآلات التأثير الأمني في منطقة الشرق الأوسط

Résumé: مناطق الشرق الأوسط كانت ولا تزال البيئة الأكثر تأثيراً على تركيا في تصميم استراتيجيتها في السياسة الخارجية، والموقع الجيوستراتيجي الذي تتمتع به تركيا يؤهلها ويجبرها على الأخذ والاهتمام بالاعتبارات الإقليمية ويستبعد أي شكل من أشكال التهديد الأمني لأراضيها . بالإضافة إلى السياسة الأمنية التركية الجديدة التي أقنعها حزب العدالة والتنمية منذ توليه السلطة عام 2002 تجاه الشرق الأوسط، والتي قامت على تأكيد حضور تركيا ومكانتها كقوة مركزية للاستقرار والأمن، واعتمدت على سياسة صفر مشاكل مع الجيران، إذ أولت الجانب الأمني اهتماماً كبيراً بأبعاده المختلفة في دائرة الشرق الأوسط التي شكلت على مدى عقود مصدر خطر وتهديد لها.The middle East regions was and still is the environment that Most influences turkey in designing its foreign Policy strategy , and the geostrategic position that turkey enjoys qualifies it and forces it to take and interest in regional considerations and excludes any form of Security threat to its lands. In addition, to the new Turkish Security Policy That the justice and development party has persuade since it took power in 2002 towards the middle East which was based on confirming turkey’s presence and its position as a central force for stability and Security, and which relied on the Policy of zero problems with Neighbors, as it gave great attention the Security aspect has its various dimensions in the middle eastern circle, which over the decades has been a source of danger and threat to it
