Résumé: ترُوم دراستنا الكشف عن آلية اشتغال الأفعال الكلامية في الخطاب القانوني, باعتبارها مبحثا تداوليًّا هامّا, وهذا من خلال دراسة وصفية تحليليّة لهذا الخطاب المُنفرد بمميّزاته الخاصّة, وتجسيدًا لذلك, تمّ الاعتماد على الدُّستور الجزائري المُعدّل لسنة 2020م, مُدوّنة لهذه الدّراسة التّطبيقية, بُغية الوقوف على تجليّات الأفعال الكلامية في الخطاب القانوني الجزائري, ومعرفة آلية اشتغالها في إطار المقاربة التّداولية. Our study aims to reveal the mechanism of action of verbal verbs in legal discourse, as it is an important deliberative topic, and this is through a descriptive and analytical study of this single discourse with its own characteristics. Speech in the Algerian legal discourse, and knowing the mechanism of its operation within the framework of the deliberative approach.
