مساهمة البحث التربوي في تنمية التعليم (قراءة لبعض تجارب دول شرق آسيا)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على إسهامات البحث التربوي في تنمية التعليم لدى دول شرق آسيا، واتبعت في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على مجموعة من المقالات العلمية، وتوصلت إلى أن الرغبة في تحسين وتطوير الأنظمة التعليمية لدى هذه الدول صاحبه التخطيط الجيد، وإعادة بناء وتنظيم الهياكل التي ستقوم بهذه العملية، سواء كانت مؤسسات حكومية أو خاصة، والتنسيق بينها في الكثير من الأحيان من أجل الوصول للهدف. كما أظهرت النتائج أهمية تفعيل دور الجامعات، حيث نجد أن أغلب هذه الدول تعتمد على نتائج الأبحاث الصادرة عن وزارة التربية والتعليم أو المعاهد التابعة لها، وفي بعض الأحيان المعاهد الخاصة والتي تعنى بشؤون التربية، كما أولت للأبحاث الجامعية دعما من خلال تقديم الحوافز والترقيات وتشجيع الأساتذة الباحثين في مجال البحث التربوي خاصة. Abstract: The current study aims to identify the contributions of educational research to the development of education in East Asian countries, and it followed an analytical descriptive methodology. The study sample included a group of scientific articles that reviewed the experiences of these countries. The study found that the desire to improve and develop the educational systems in these countries is accompanied by good planning, rebuilding, and organizing the structures that will undertake this process, whether governmental or private institutions and coordinate between them in many cases to reach the objectives. The findings also demonstrated the importance of activating the role of universities, since most of these countries depend on the results of research issued by the Ministry of Education or its related institutes, and in some cases, private institutes which deal with education affairs, the existing research in universities was supported by offering incentives and promotions, as well as encouraging research professors in the field of educational science in particular.
