الاتصال التربوي كأحد أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي المدرسي و علاقته بجودة التعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين - دراسة استكشافية بمدينة وهران-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه دراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاتصال التربوي كأحد أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي المدرسي بجودة التعليم في المدرسة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين و انطلق البحث من الإشكالية التالية:هل هناك علاقة بين الاتصال التربوي بين المعلم و المدير و تحقيق جودة التعليم ؟ و للإجابة عليها اختيرت عينة عشوائياً من خمس مدارس من مدينة وهران و بلغ حجمها 50 معلماً ومعلمة، و اعتمد لقياس متغيري الدراسة على استبانتين و بعد المعالجة النظرية و الميدانية لمتغيرات الدراسة خلصت النتائج إلى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال التربوي بين المدير والمعلم و جودة التعليم في المرحلة الابتدائية. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاتصال التربوي _ جودة التعليم Summary: The aim of this study to know the relationship between the educational communication as one of the dimensions of the regulatory climate-school the quality of education in the primary school from the point of view of teachers and go search from the following problem: is there a relationship between the educational communication between the instructor and the director and achieve the quality of education? And to answer randomly selected a sample of five schools of the city of oran and size reached 50 teachers, and was adopted to measure the study variables after processing a questionnaire, and field theory and the study variables, the results concluded that there was no statistically significant relation between the educational communication between the manager and the instructor and the quality of education at the primary stage.
