Résumé: نظرا للتقدم العلمي والثورة التكنولوجية التي اجتاحت العالم، أصبحت المعطيات الشخصية عرضة للاختراق والاعتداء بسبب تزايد تدفق المعلومات والمعطيات الشخصية وتخزينها ومعالجتها، الأمر الذي استلزم سن القوانين الوطنية وإبرام الاتفاقيات الدولية قصد حماية المعطيات الشخصية من خلال إنشاء لجان وهيئات تعمل على تفعيل النصوص القانونية التي لها علاقة بحماية المعطيات الشخصية، إلا أن هذه الأخيرة تواجهها جملة من التحديات تنقص من تمتع الأفراد بحماية مطلقة لمعطياتهم الشخصية. Due to the scientific progress and the technological revolution that has swept the world, personal data has become vulnerable to penetration and attack due to the increasing flow of information and personal data, their storage and processing, which necessitated the enactment of national laws and the conclusion of international agreements in order to protect personal data through the establishment of committees and bodies that work to activate the relevant legal texts. protection of personal data, but the latter faces a number of challenges that reduce the enjoyment of individuals with absolute protection of their personal data.
