دور السياسات اللغوية في تثبيت الاستقرار والأمن المجتمعي في الجزائر

Résumé: يتناول هذا الموضوع بالتحليل والدراسة دور السياسة اللغوية في تثبيت الاستقرار والأمن المجتمعي في الجزائر. وذلك انطلاقاً من دراسة المنظومة المفاهمية الشاملة للسياسات اللغوية وعلاقتها بالأمن المجتمعي، والمحور الثاني يتناول واقع السياسات اللغوية التي تُطبقها الجزائر والتي تُحافظ بها على الذاتية الثقافية والفائدة الاقتصادية والرضا المجتمعي بتجنب السياسات الإقصائية التي من شأنها أن تهدد بقاء واستقرار الدولة، أما المحور الأخير يُقيم دور السياسة اللغوية التي تعتمد عليها الجزائر في تحقيق الاستقرار والأمن المجتمعي، وذلك باعتبارها حركة واعية رامية إلى تحديد الاختيارات اللغوية وانتقائها وإقرارها والتحكم في مسار الوضع اللغوي وضبط إيقاعه وفق رؤية الدولة ومقتضياتها الأمنية. Abstract: This topic analyzes the role of language policy in stabilizing societal and security in Algeria.that is based on studying the comprehensive conceptual system of language policies and its relationship to community security. The second axis deals with the reality of the linguistic policies applied by Algeria, by which it preserves cultural subjectivity, economic interest and societal satisfaction by avoiding exclusionary policies that would threaten the survival and stability of the state, The last axis assesses the role of the linguistic policy on which Algeria relies in achieving societal stability and security, This is because it is a conscious movement aimed at identifying, selecting and approving linguistic options, controlling the course of the linguistic situation and controlling its rhythm according to the state's vision and security requirements
