Social Security System In Algeria ;regime De La Sécurité Sociale En Algérie

Résumé: Abstract: This study highlights that the Social Security Act aims to cover all individuals - who live within the territory - in need of protection of the State with the widest possible coverage of the risks. The extent of its scope is measured by the number of insured individuals or insured risks, with the need to achieve a balance with the available resources of the state and the degree of its development within the limits of the economic system. In this study, we found that the expansion of protection legally requires the existence of a legal system, new structures consistent with the evolution of the risks that appear constantly, not to mention the emergence of new categories demanding the need for the existence of insurance and protection. This is what the Algerian legislator seeks to achieve through the legal and structural development of the social security system. ملخص: يختلف نظام الضمان الاجتماعي بوجه عام والتأمين الاجتماعي على وجه الخصوص من دولة لأخرى ومن مجتمع لآخر. أمام الحاجة المتزايدة للأفراد، تطور هذا النظام وتوسع لتوفير لهم الحماية الكافية. اعتمدت الجزائر، شأنها في ذلك شأن معظم البلدان، نظاما للضمان الاجتماعي، حيث أصدر المشرع الجزائري مجموعة من القوانين، أدخلت عليها عدة تعديلات، ترمي إلى إصلاح النظام وإعادة هيكلته وتحسينه. سنحاول من خلال هذا العمل التعرض لنظام الضمان الاجتماعي في الجزائر،وذلك بالتركيز من ناحية على تطور الإطار القانوني والمؤسساتي للضمان الاجتماعي في الجزائر، ومن ناحية أخرى على طريقة التمويل والخدمات التي يقدمها هذا النظام.
