تحليل محتوى صفحات المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية الجزائرية على شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك

Résumé: تسعى المكتبات العامة إلى تقديم خدمات معلوماتية ذات جودة لتلبية حاجات مستفيديها في مختلف المجالات، وذلك بتطبيق كل ما يستجد في مجال المعلومات وتكنولوجيا الشبكات. ومن هنا أصبحت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بمختلف أنواعها على شبكة الإنترنت أحد أهم هذه الوسائل التي تساعد المكتبات على تسويق خدماتها المعلوماتية، والتي من خلالها استطاعت كسر حاجزي الزمان والمكان،ومن أشهر شبكات الويب 2.0 وأسهلها استخداما وتفاعلا موقع "الفيسبوك" الذي ظهر في عام 2004 و أصبح يزخر بأعداد كبيرة من صفحات المكتبات . ولذا ستهدف هذا الدراسة إلى تحليل محتوى بعض صفحات المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية الجزائرية في شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك من خلال تحليل المشاركات والتفاعلات والوقوف على أهم الخدمات والموضوعات التي تتيحها هذه المكتبات. Public libraries aim at providing quality information services to meet the needs of its customers from various fields by means of applying the latest methods in the field of information and network technology. Hence, social networks of all sorts have become one of the most important means available on the internet that help libraries to market their information services, and break through time and space obstacles. One of the most popular and user-friendly social networks is Facebook, which appeared in 2004 and is full of libraries accounts. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing the content of some accounts of Algerian public main libraries on Facebook Through the analysis of posts and interactions, thus identifying the most important services and topics offered by these libraries.
