أهداف الرعاية اللاحقة للمفرج عنهم من السجون قراءة تحليلية لبعض النماذج الأوروبية

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الرّعاية اللاّحقة المتمثّلة في الدّعم المادّي والمعنوي ومختلف الخدمات الصّحيّة والاجتماعيّة الّتي تُقدّمها الدّولة إلى المحبوسين المفرج عنهم من السّجن بغية مساعدتهم على التّكيّف والاندماج ضمن مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة، وتكمن أهميّة ذلك في بناء المجتمعات المعاصرة الّتي تسعى إلى تخفيض نسب الجريمة بواسطة مؤسّسات الدّولة وهيئاتها، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المناسب من خلال دراسة علميّة لنماذج دول غربيّة رائدة في الرّعاية اللاّحقة، وتوصّل البحث إلى ضرورة اهتمام الدّولة بالرّعاية اللاّحقة لما تقدّمه للمسجونين المفرج عنهم من مساعدة لمواجهة واقعهم، وما يعترضهم من مشاكل لإبعادهم عن مسبّبات الجريمة، وتحصينهم من الوقوع فيها، وذلك بواسطة إستراتيجيّات وطرق ومختصّين مؤهّلين ووسائل ناجعة تسهم في تخليص المسجون المفرج عنه من الوصم الاجتماعي الّذي يلاحقه. The research aims to study the aftercare represented in the material and moral support and the various health and social services provided by the state to the detainees who have been released from prison in order to help them adapt and integrate within the various institutions of society, and the importance of this in building contemporary societies that seek to reduce crime rates through state institutions and bodies, using the appropriate descriptive approach through a scientific study of the models of leading Western countries in aftercare, and the research reached the need for the state to pay attention to aftercare for the assistance it provides to the released prisoners to face their reality, and the problems they encounter in order to keep them away from the causes of crime, and immunize them from falling into it, This is done through strategies, methods, qualified specialists, and effective means that contribute to freeing the released prisoner from the social stigma that persecutes him
