Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس درجة رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة شقراء عن التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورنا من النواحي التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (23) فقرة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (275) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعة شقراء بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة درجة رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة شقراء عن التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورنا من النواحي التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم كانت مرتفعة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في درجة رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة شقراء عن التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورنا من النواحي التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والرتبة الأكاديمية والكلية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات. This study aimed to measure the degree of satisfaction of faculty members at Shaqra University about e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic from the educational aspects from their point of view. The study used the descriptive survey method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (23) items was prepared. The study sample consisted of (275) faculty members from Shaqra University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results showed that the degree of satisfaction of faculty members at Shaqra University with e-learning in light of the Kurna pandemic in terms of educational aspects from their point of view was high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of faculty members at Shaqra University with e-learning in light of the Kurna pandemic from the educational aspects from their viewpoint due to the variables of gender, academic and college rank. The study recommended a number of recommendations.
