تأثير مرض الزهايمر على المستويات اللغوية ( دراسة ميدانية من خلال التسمية الشفهية للصور). The Effect Of Alzheimer’s Disease On Language Levels (a Field Study Through The Oral Naming Of Pictures) .

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة تأثير مرض الزهايمر على المستويات اللغوية وذلك من خلال التسمية الشفهية للصور ، ضمت الدراسة ثلاثة(03) حالات مصابين بمرض الزهايمر، تتراوح أعمارهم مابين (73 سنة و75 سنة)، في مختلف أطوار المرض (الطور البدائي، الطور المتوسطي، والطور النهائي)، من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا باستعمال إختبار الحالة العقلية المصغر (MMSE) لمعرفة شدة المرض، واختبار التسمية الشفهية (Do80) ، كما اعتمدنا على نموذج هيليس وكارامازا 1990( Hillis et Caramazza (1990 لتفسير ومعرفة المستويات اللغوية التي يمكن أن تضطرب لدى مرضى الزهايمر ووصف مظاهرها العيادية، توصلت الدراسة أن نقص الكلمة يظهر مبكرا لدى مرضى الزهايمر، وأن مرض الزهايمر يؤثر على مختلف المستويات اللغوية (الفونولوجي، الدلالي، والمعجمي) ،وذلك من خلال ظهور تحويلات على كل مستوى والتي ضمت تحويلات فونولوجية، تحويلات دلالية وتحويلات معجمية. The aims of this search is study the effect of Alzheimer’s disease on language levels through the oral naming of pictures . The sampls of this study consisting of 03 patients with Alzheimer disease’s between the age of 73 and 75 years old in different stages of Alzheimer’s ( early, middle and late ) . and the following tools were used : - Mini Mental State Examination MMSE . - Test Do80 for measuring the oral naming. We also used model of Hillis and Caramazza (1990) to interpret linguistic levels and describe their clinical manifestations. Finally, the study found that anomia appears early in Alzheimer patient’s . Alzheimer’s disease affect various linguistic levels (phonological, semantic and lexical),paraphasias appeared at all linguistic levels (phonological, semantic, lexical).
