الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل كمحدد لترقية أداء المؤسسة

Résumé: يملخص يؤدي الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل إلى تأمين بيئة عمل مناسبة لدى المؤسسة ، فمن خلال الأطر المرجعية التي تتيحها تلك الأخلاقيات تسعى المؤسسات إلى تجسيد قيمها ومنطلقاتها و ترسيخها في مجالات عملها وجعلها محددات أساسية يلتزم بها كل العاملين ، ويدافعون عن مبادئها حماية لبيئة عملهم واستقرارها ، بذلك ينتج عن الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل ضمن بيئة أي مؤسسة تحقيق أهدافها وزيادة تنافسيتها للوصول إلى ترقية أدائها الكامل والحفاظ على مكانتها إلى جانب غيرها من المؤسسات. Abstract Commitment to work ethics leads to securing an appropriate work environment for the institution. Through the referential frameworks provided by these ethics, institutions seek to embody their values and starting points,and consolidate them in their fields of work, and make them basic determinants that all employees adhere to, and defend their principles to protect their work environment and stability.Thus, resulting from commitment to work ethics within the environment of any institution, achieving its goals, and increase its competitiveness, in order to upgrade its full performance, and maintain its position alongside other institutions.
