دور الرقمنة الإدارية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية " الجزائر أنموذجا "

Résumé: يؤدي الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل إلى تامين بيئة عمل مناسبة لدى المؤسسة ، فمن خلال الأطر المرجعية التي تتيحها تلك الأخلاقيات تسعى المؤسسات إلى تجسيد قيمها ومنطلقاتها و ترسيخها في مجالات عملها وجعلها مرجعية أساسية يلتزم بها كل العاملين عن طريق دفعهم إلى الالتزام بها والدفاع على مبادئها حماية لبيئة عملهم واستقرارها ، فمن غير الممكن تغييب مجال أخلاقيات العمل ضمن بيئة مؤسسة تبحث عن تحقيق أهدافها وزيادة تنافسيتها الى جانب غيرها من المؤسسات. Abstract The commitment to work ethics leads to the provision of an appropriate working environment for the organization, through the reference frameworks provided by those ethics institutions seek to embody their values and principles and establish them in their areas of work and make them a basic reference to which all workers adhere by pushing them to abide by them and defend their principles to protect their working environment and stability, it is not possible to absent the field of work ethics within an institution environment looking to achieve their goals and increase competitiveness within the field of other institutions.
