مساهمة القيادة الإدارية في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة دراسة حالة مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر -ورقلة

Résumé: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مصطلح القيادة الإدارية ، وحاولنا توضيح دوره على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية " مامدى مساهمة القيادة الإدارية في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة ؟ ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 40 مفردة على العمال للمديرية العملية للإتصالات ، وكالة رمز03 ورقلة و استرجع 38 إستبيان وتم إلغاء 04، حيث تم استخدام عددا من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامج SPSS19لمعرفةالنتائج المتوصل إليها واختبارفرضيات البحث التي تم وضعها ؛ وأظهرت هذه الدراسة وجودعلاقة بين القيادة الإدارية وإدارة المعرفة، و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الوكالة يقتضي بالضرورة مساهمة القيادة الإدارية في ذلك ؟ In this study, we discussed the teclarify its rrm administrative leadership. We tried to ole in the application of knowledge management by addressing the following problem: "What is the contribution of the administrative leadership in the application of knowledge management and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 40 individuals on the workers of the Telecommunications Operation Directorate, Agency 03 and Ergla, retrieved 38 surveys and canceled 04, where a number of statistical methods were used and processed by the SPSS19 program to find out the results obtained and test the research hypotheses that were developed; The study found that there is a relationship between internal marketing and the quality of banking services.
