تسويق المنتجات الغذائية الحلال باستخدام البيانات الضخمة والذكاء الاصطناعي ‏‏"تطبيق ‏scan Halal‏ انموذجا"‏‏

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية تسويق المنتجات الغذائية الحلال باستخدام البيانات الضخمة والذكاء ‏الاصطناعي التي ‏تعد أكثر تقنيات التكنولوجيا الحديثة استعمالا في الوقت الراهن، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة ‏على تطبيق ‏SCAN HALAL‏ ‏انموذجا والذي يعد أكبر منظمة الاطعمة الحلال يعتبر المصدر الأول لمعرفة ‏المنتجات الحلال و الذي يعتمد على تحليل ‏البيانات الضخمة والذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان ‏المنتجات الحلال تعد القطاع السوقي‎ ‎الأسرع‎ ‎نموا‎ ‎في‎ ‎العالم‎ ‎‎وأي‎ ‎شركة‎ ‎لا‎ ‎تفكر‎ ‎في‎ ‎استهداف‎ ‎هذا‎ ‎القطاع‎ ‎فهي‎ ‎تفقد فرصة‎ ‎في‎ ‎زيادة‎ ‎رقم‎ ‎أعمالها‎.‎‏ كما تبين ان استخدام البيانات الضخمة ‏والذكاء الاصطناعي في تسويق ‏المنتجات الحلال في الأسواق الأجنبية أصبح جد فعال مع التنوع والكم الهائل من المنتجات ‏الغذائية. ‏ This study aims to highlight the importance of marketing halal food products ‎using ‎big data and artificial intelligence, which is the most modern technology ‎used now. ‎Based on the analysis of big data and artificial intelligence, the ‎study concluded that ‎halal products are the fastest growing market sector in ‎the world, and any company ‎that does not think of targeting this sector is ‎missing an opportunity to increase its ‎turnover. It has also been shown that ‎the use of big data and artificial intelligence in ‎marketing halal products in ‎foreign markets has become very effective with the ‎diversity and huge ‎amount of food products‎‏‎.‎
