دور البيانات الضخمة والذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة وباء فيروس كورونا "covid 19" -تجارب دولية ناجحة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه البيانات الضخمة والذكاء الاصطناعي في احتواء وحصر وباء فيروس كورونا (Covid-19)، وذلك من خلال استعراض بعض التجارب الدولية الناجحة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا سمح بإبراز أهمية الاستثمار في البحث والتطوير في كل من مجال البيانات الضخمة الذي يمكن من العثور على أنماط، وعلاقات واتجاهات تستخدم في فهم الطريقة التي ينتشر فيها الوباء، وفي مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي يعمل على تحليل تلك البيانات، وبناء النماذج بالاستناد إلى المخاطر للمساعدة في تحليل سيناريوهات انتقال العدوى، والرصد والكشف المبكر عن المرض، وتشخيص ومتابعة الحالات المصابة، وتحقيق المراقبة الشاملة لجميع الأفراد للتأكد من التزامهم، كما أبرز دور الكوادر الطبية وباحثي وعلماء ومهندسي البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي في إيجاد حلول للأزمة الصحية العالمية الراهنة. The study aims to highlight the role of big data and artificial intelligence in containing and listing the epidemic of COVID-19 by reviewing some successful international experiences, and has been based on the analytical descriptive approach. The study found that the spread of the Corona virus epidemic allowed the importance of investing in research and development in both the field of big data that enables to find patterns, relationships and trends used to understand how the epidemic is spreading and In the field of Artificial Intelligence, which analyzes these data, building risk-based models to help analyze transmission scenarios, monitor and detect early detection of the disease, diagnose and follow up on infected cases, and achieve comprehensive monitoring of all individuals to ensure their .and it also illustrated the role of medical staff, researchers, scientists, data engineers and artificial intelligence in finding solutions to the current global health crisis.
