التنوع الثقافي و المواطنة

Résumé: إن واقع الثقافات هو واقع التنوع و الاختلاف ، فالإنسانية تتطور بتطور المجتمعات والحضارات ، وهو تنوع ليس مرتبطا بأي حتمية بيولوجية بل بواقع جيو اجتماعي تاريخي ، و المواطن تقوم تربيته على القيم التي تحملها ثقافته ،إذ أنّ التنوّع الثقافي أصيلاً كان أم وافدًا، يحتاج إلى أن يجد في المواطنة مساحة للتعبير عن معالمه، والاعتراف بخصوصيّاتها، والتفاعل في ما بينها، لتشكيل هويّة وطنيّة جامعة، وشعور حقيقي بالانتماء للجماعة الوطنيّة من قِبَل جميع المواطنين. ولهذا فان التنوع الثقافي أصبح يشكل مسألة ذات أولوية لابد من إعادة التفكير فيه و تنظيمه ، و احترام الحق في الاختلاف هو الحق في التنوع الثقافي ، لان ذلك يعزز في القيم الديمقراطية وحرية التعبير و الحريات العامة وتعزيز المواطنة. The reality of cultures is the reality of diversity and difference. Humanity develops with the development of societies and civilizations. It is a diversity that is not linked to any biological imperative but rather to a historical socio-historical reality. Citizenship has a space for expressing its features, recognizing its specificities, and interacting with each other, to form an inclusive national identity, and a real feeling of belonging to the national group by all citizens. Therefore, cultural diversity has become a priority issue that must be rethought and organized, and respect for the right to difference is the right to cultural diversity, because this promotes democratic values, freedom of expression, public freedoms and the promotion of citizenship.
