التنوع الثقافي والهوية المهنية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية. قراءة تحليلية

Résumé: يعد موضوع التنوع الثقافي من بين المواضيع البارزة في الأدبيات الأكاديمية والدراسات التنظيمية نظرا للتأثير الذي تمارسه الثقافة على العملين وسلوك المنظمة والهويات التنظيمية الفردية والجماعية، ويسهم التنوع الثقافي في فهم خصائص كل مجموعة من مجموعات العمل والتعرف على الأسلوب الناجح لإدارة المنظمة، وتحديد سياسة التعامل الداخلية، وجذب واستبقاء المواهب وذوي القدرات المعرفية وتطوير الرأسمال البشري من خلال برامج التطوير والتدريب، وإتاحة الفرص لطرح الأفكار ووجهات النظر وبالتالي القدرة على حل المشاكل الإدارية والتنظيمية، وتعزيز هوية المؤسسة وترسيخها في مخيال العاملين، ولهذا نجد المنظمات المعاصرة تستخدم التنوع الثقافي كأداة لتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتجية على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي وخلق هوية تنظيمية قوية. كلمات دالة : التنوع الثقافي, الهوية التنظيمية,التمثيلات ,المنظمة الاقتصادية. Abstract The topic of cultural diversity is one of the most prominent topics in academic literature and organizational studies because of the influence exerted by culture on the workers and the behavior of the organization and individual and collective organizational identities. The cultural diversity contributes to understanding of the characteristics of each group of work, identifying the successful management of the organization, defining the policy of internal interaction, attracting and retaining talents and people with knowledge capabilities, developing human capital through development and training programs, and providing opportunities to raise ideas and perspectives and thus solve administrative problems, and strengthening the identity of the organization and instilling it in the imagination of workers, and therefore we find contemporary organizations use cultural diversity as a tool to achieve strategic objectives at the internal and external levels and create a strong organizational identity .
