واقع التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في الدول العربية .

Résumé: تعتبر التنمية الزراعية المستدامة من أهم القضايا التي يهتم بها العالم ، وخاصة في ظل تأثرها بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر بالتغيرات المناخية، التوسع العمراني ، زيادة التلوث والتصحر، بالإضافة إلي العديد من المعوقات والتحديات والتي من شأنها التأثير سلبيا على قدرة الدولة على إنتاج الاحتياجات الغذائية للحاضر و المستقبل ، نتيجة صعوبة إعادة استغلال الأرض في النشاط الزراعي مرة أخرى بنفس الكفاءة، إلا بتوفير موارد مالية كافية والتي كان من المفروض أن توجه إلى تنمية القطاع الزراعي وتحسين مستوى معيشة السكان. و من هنا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي العربي ، من خلال التطرق إلى أهم التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الزراعي العربي المستدام لغرض تحديد أهم الاستراتيجيات و السياسات الزراعية الملائمة لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الدول العربية . : Sustainable agricultural development is one of the world's most important issues climate change ", especially as they are directly and indirectly affected by climate change, Urbanization, increased pollution and desertification, as well as many obstacles and challenges that will negatively affect the state's ability to produce food needs for the present and the future as a result of the difficulty of re-exploiting land in agricultural activity again with the same efficiency, but with adequate financial resources, which should have been directed to the development of the agricultural sector and the improvement of the population's standard of living. This study aims to determine the extent to which sustainable agricultural development contributes to Arab food security by addressing the most important challenges facing the sustainable Arab agricultural sector for the purpose of identifying the most important agricultural strategies and policies appropriate for achieving food security in the Arab States.
