مساهمة الاقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة- مع الإشارة إلى التجربة المصرية والجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على نموذج جديد لاقتصاد تنموي بديل عن الاقتصاد التقليدي هو الاقتصاد الأخضر، حيث يسعى إلى تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كما يحافظ على أنماط إنتاج واستهلاك مستدامة، وبالتالي فهو يقدم نموذجا لمشاريع الطاقات المتجددة، البنايات المستدامة، النقل المستدام، المياه النظيفة وكذا الزراعة المستدامة والإيكولوجية. توصلت دراستنا إلى وجود نتائج إيجابية للدول المنخرطة في استراتيجية الاقتصاد الأخضر خصوصا جمهورية مصر وكذا إجراءات الحكومة الجزائرية ضمن هذا الإطار. Our study aims to highlight a new model of an alternative development economy to the traditional one, the green economy which seeks environmental, economic and social sustainability and maintains sustainable production and consumption patterns, thus providing a model for renwable energy projects, sustainable building, sustainable transport, clean water as well as sustainable and ecological agriculture. The study found positive results for countries participating in the green economy strategy, particularly in the Republic of Egypt, and the Algerian government's guidance in this regard.
