مساهمة نموذج بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء الشامل لمؤسسة صيدال
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية قياس وتقييم الأداء الشامل للمؤسسة باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن لاعتبارها أداة حديثة وفعالة في تحقيق رؤية وأهداف استراتيجية المؤسسة، وتم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة صيدال وتصميم نموذج بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وتطبيقه لقياس وتقييم أداءها الكلي. خلصت إلى أن بطاقة الأداء المتوازن تساهم وبشكل كبير في تقييم استراتيجية المؤسسة وإعطاء صورة واضحة حول أداءها. This study aims to highlight the importance of measuring and evaluating the overall performance of the organization using the balanced scorecard as a modern and effective tool in achieving the vision and goals of the organization's strategy. I concluded that the balanced scorecard contributes significantly to evaluating the organization's strategy and giving a clear picture of its performance.
