التواصل العلمي بين حاضرة توات والحواضر الجزائرية من القرن 10-12ه/ 16-19م / The Scientific Communication Between Touat And Other Algerian Cities During The 10th-12th Centuries/ 16-19 Ad

Résumé: الملخص: امتازت توات بموقعها الاستراتيجي المتمركز على الطريق الصحراوي الرابط بين حواضر بلاد المغرب وإفريقيا جنوب الصحراء، ونظراً لأهميتها الاقتصادية والسياسية فقد شهدت نمواً عمرانياً واستقراراً لشعوب وقبائل من مختلف الحواضر الشمالية والجنوبية، كما استقر بها علماء وفقهاء كان لهم الدور الأبرز في ربط توات علمياً بمختلف الحواضر القريبة منها في بلاد السودان والمغرب الأقصى والجزائر. تعد كل من تلمسان والجزائر العاصمة وتقرت وبني عباس من بين أهم الحواضر التي كانت محل استقطاب لطلبة توات في رحلتهم العلمية خارج توات، غير أن بعض الرحلات العلمية تكللت بجلوس بعضهم للتدريس والإفتاء أو تأسيس الزوايا ببعض الحواضر الجزائرية، وهناك من العلماء من شارك في صناعة أحداث تاريخية مفصلية كتحرير مدينة وهران الأول سنة 1708م، أو الوقوف كشاهد عيان على أحداث تاريخية هامة في أواخر العهد العثماني، كحملة اللورد إكسموث على الجزائر 1816م، مدوناً لكل تفاصيلها ومسجلاً لإحصائيات حربية دقيقة. ABSTRACT : The Touat has its strategic location in the middle of the desert highway that connects Urban Maghreb to Sub-Saharan Africa. Because of its economic and political importance, it witnessed urban growth and stability of peoples and tribes from different northern as well as southern cities; it was settled by scholars and jurists. They played the most prominent role in making Touat connected to various cities nearby Sudan, Morocco, and Algeria. Tlemcen, Algiers, Touggourt and Bani Abbas are among the most important cities that have attracted students in their scientifically journey outside Touat. Some of them, however, stayed to teach, to issue fetwa or to establish Quanic schools in some Algerian cities. There are Islamic Scholars who got involved in historical events such as the liberation of the city of Oran in 1708, or standing as an eyewitness to important historical events in the late Ottoman period, such as Lord Exmuth's campaign against Algeria in 1816. They were writing all its details and recording accurate statistics of the wars.
