التحديات الأمنية في ليبيا ما بعد القذافي

Résumé: ملخص : يشكل الوضع الأمني الهش في ليبيا منذ انطلاق ثورة 17 فيفري أهم التحديات أمام المسار الليبي نحو بناء الدولة والإصلاح الديمقراطي المحفوف بالعديد من المخاطر والتحديات ، ويعد وجود و استمرار هذه التحديات تهديدا كبيرا لاستقرار و أمن ليبيا و المنطقة ككل ، وعليه تسعى هذه الدراسة الى بحث أبرز التحديات و التهديدات الأمنية التي تواجه القائمين على أمر النظام الجديد في ليبيا ما بعد القذافي و أولويات التعامل معها . Abstract : The fragile security situation in Libya since the outbreak of the revolution of February 17 is one of the main challenges facing the path of state building and democratic reform, The presence and persistence of these challenges is a major threat to the stability and security of Libya and the region , On this basis, this study aims to discuss the most prominent security threats faced by the new Libyan regime post-Gaddafi era and priorities to deal with it.
